My specialties include higher education financial aid administration, regulatory compliance, curriculum design, and project management. I excel in both leading and collaborating with teams, using CRM tools and data analysis to drive successful outcomes, and engaging communities through innovative and accessible program solutions.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of achieving significant milestones, such as managing a $5M budget and directed operations for seven national college access centers and the ECMC Scholars Program, ensuring financial efficiency and programmatic excellence. I also managed a $2M budget to roll out national training programs and securing $120-180k in grant proposals for partner organizations serving underserved populations. I've also empowered schools to distribute nearly $2M to students facing unforeseen expenses and crafted a cohort default rate management system that significantly reduced default rates. These experiences are underscored by my active involvement in professional communities, including the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators and the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education.
